  They are open from 9 till 530 weekdays with the exception of Thursday's being open till 8. And weekends they are open from 9 till 5. The parking spaces were convenient and easily accessible. They have diy dog wash bays out the front and you can bring your dogs inside to shop (as long as they are on a lead). The interior is massive, with each section labelled throughout. They have a medium sized aquarium with very well knowledged staff available for help. They even set up the pump in the tank for you and offer pamphlets for the type of sea creature you get. We were there to purchase a Fighting Fish (Betta Fish) they had 3 or 4 different types ranging from $11 to $40 and in an array of colours to choose from. Some of the more rarer types of creatures included axolotls and sting rays. The prices for products vary, though they did have some great specials on when we went. I did notice however that the prices for dogs toys were quite expensive (we ended up getting ours from a $2 store instead).

  I walked away to look at bedding and could hear the staff member talking to another colleague stating that I had no interest in purchasing any dog and simply wanted to hold them.

  The variety of fish, both freshwater and saltwater is great as they have many unique products here, their reptile, bird and cat areas are also very very good and the staff are extremely knowledgeable.

  I went into Kellyville pets after deciding to become a pet owner again of a dog. I walked over to the area where the puppy’s are and stood there for about 5 minutes as 2 young staff members (one of which looked at me several times) continued to have a chat about there weekend. I would understand if they were busy and I had to wait this long, but they weren’t. One of the staff finally approached me and asked how they could help. I told them that I wanted to know a bit about the breeds they were currently selling and did they know of any which would be coming in anytime soon?

  I’m not the type of person to pick an animal from the window. I simply wanted to hold this puppy just to see how we got along. I understood that the dogs were tired from being played with all day, my issue was with this staff members lack of enthusiasm and also want to serve me and possibly help me with homing one of your dogs.

  After being told what was literally on the tags I asked to hold one of the dogs which I was very interested in purchasing. I was told no as they were tired and had been held all day so the dogs could not be held for cuddles anymore.

  They have a section of rescue cats and signs saying how they support rescue animals and encourage customers to adopt these HOWEVER they have a large glass "tank" filled with designer puppies farmed from a mill...

  Since I apparently had no interest in purchasing a dog, I went else were, to a lady who breed guide dogs and purchased a very happy, loving and playful pup from her. I was given birth certificates of my boys parents and also their medical history, something I’m sure I wouldn’t get from purchasing through you guys. I also was able to meet the mum and dad.

  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean store and have a huge range of products. However every time I frequent the store there are some dead fish throughout the tanks and it could be better maintained.

  Very good range and great service from staff. The membership is also a plus. Negatives are that many of the fish tanks aren't cleaned out as regularly as needed as there can be many dead fish in the tanks, some fish are also kept in too small of a tank for their size which makes them distressed. The store could also benefit from selling rescue puppies as they do with the cats as they have a great platform for raising awareness of this issue and reducing the prevelance of puppy farming in the industry.

  Five stars because I honestly could not believe the range of animals that this Pet Shop has, they have lots of snakes to choose from in an awesome display ,lots of fish including rare Stingrays and sharks.
